About Chic Coffee Events
Simple Idea
About Simone
Chic Coffee Events is a woman-owned, local business serving the DFW metroplex. It all started in early 2009 with Simone Pellizzi, a Dallas entrepreneur. The concept was simple: to bring great espresso drinks to social gatherings, events and meetings in an exciting, but cost-effective way. Not only did Simone want everyone to be able to offer a delicious espresso-based beverage at their event in an easy and hassle-free manner, but she wanted to do it in style.
It is with that in mind that Chic Coffee was conceived!
As Simone best says it, “the idea for Chic Coffee Events was born out of our love for great coffee, the joy it gives people and the impact it has on social melding. People just naturally like to sit around and converse with a good cup of coffee. It’s really a fabulous addition to any gathering, particularly if it’s a special cup.”
Our Story
“My husband, Robert and I, have always had a passion for great coffee. Coming from Brazil, coffee is an integral part of our lives from the time we are children. I remember the smells of coffee wafting through our house when I was a child. Robert, being from an Italian family, has had a similar experience, and in fact, is with a premier office coffee company in Dallas called Perks & Provisions which provides complete breakroom services to area businesses. I am proud to say that not only is Robert in business development for the company, he is their in-house taster.”
“We thought: What a powerful combination for a coffee venture between our two cultures!”
“For years I have thought about starting my own company, but the idea of opening another coffee shop didn’t excite me. Then I came up with the idea of bringing my espresso bar to the people instead of having them come to me, and have been intensely working on that ever since. I now have something I am truly proud of, a super automatic machine with a sparkling exterior shell of handmade brass and copper. It will certainly enhance the décor of any event whether it be large or small, and offer your guests an exciting and memorable experience.”
“I look forward to the opportunity to serve you and your guests at your next function.”
Warmest Regards,
